When you learn how to write articles well, writing ebooks and other large volume of content won’t be difficult for you. I want to to see writing ebook as compilation of articles.

How Do You Write High Paying Articles In 20 Minutes Or Less?

Writing quality and high paying articles in 20 minutes or less isn’t difficult if you can follow this tips:

Tip #1: Why Are You Writing?

You must know why you want to write the article. In other words, you will need to establish the purpose of writing the article. For instance, you want to know whether you are writing the article:

·        For your personal use;
·        As a freelancer for online writing jobs websites;
·        As blog or website content;
·        As follow up messages for email subscribers;
·        And so on

Whatever are the reasons you are writing for, it is important that you perfectly understand your purpose of writing. It is important that your writing satisfy the needs of human beings first before that of search engines.

Tip #2: What Are You Writing On?

You must know what you are writing on, the niche you are writing on must be clear to you whether you writing for yourself or not. Some of the major niches you will write on as part of working with online writing job websites are:

·        Making money or wealth niches;
·        Health & fitness niches;
·        Relationship niches;
·        Self-improvement and self-growth niche;

When you are writing for yourself, you could focus on any of these niches and still make lots of money, otherwise it would serve you better as a freelance writer to have broad knowledge of more than one of these niches.

More often than not, the online writing jobs websites will provide you with topics to write on and you’ll have to do the research and still write the content irrespective your knowledge of that topic or niche.

Tip #3: Write Eye-Grabbing Title Or Headline.

You are probably aware that the title of your article is the most important part of your article and that once you get it, you would have won half of the battle.

But how do you write such a title or headline? For me, I like to keep things simple. And I will suggest you do the same. Keep a swipe file of best headlines you can lay your hands upon out there. Because, in my opinion, all the best headlines are already written. I’m just going to copy them and tweak them a little to suit my article.

In other to get these best titles, I will advise check out covers of magazines for ideas. Visit magazine.com and you can also “Cosmo Covers” by doing a Google image search.

For instance, if your niche is men’s fitness, simply visit www.magazines.com and look for the bestsellers in the men’s fitness niche. I found out that Men’s Health is a bestselling magazine. Then you go to Google image search and do a search for “Men’s Health covers”…

Do you know that the secret to speed up the process of multiple article creation in less time to simply do your tasks in bulk.

How do I mean? That means, if you are going to write on more than one niche, then you should choose all your niches first, after that, collect all the topics for each niche and create the article titles and sub-topics for all the different topics.

You must avoid doing the tasks required for each article individually. You must also follow these tips even when you are doing your research. It will save you time and energy, and increase your productivity. If you are doing online writing jobs, then look at all your orders, collate, compile and execute in bulk.

How Do You Research The Content For Your Article?

In order for you do research, you must first understand the basic outline of an article. I’ll provide you 3 types of article formats. Almost 99% of articles will follow these formats and it would be wise for you to do the same.

Format 1:

Title (e.g. How To Train Your Puppies To Obey You)
Introduction: About 70 to 90 words
Main Point 1

  • ·        Sub point 1
  • ·        Sub point 2

Main Point 2

  • ·        Sub point 1
  • ·        Sub point 2
  • ·        Sub point 3

Conclusion – About 60 to 80 words.

Format 2:

 Title (e.g. 7 Reasons Revealing Your Ex Still Loves You!)
Introduction: About 70 to 90 words

  • Reason #1
  • Reason #2
  • Reason #3
  • Reason #4
  • Reason #5
  • Reason #6
  • Reason #7
Conclusion – About 60 to 80 words.

Format 3:

Title: (e.g. What are the Pros and Cons of Dieting)
Introduction: About 70 to 90 words
The Pros: 4 main points

  • ·        point 1
  • ·        point 2
  • ·        point 3
  • ·        point 4

The Cons: 4 cons

  • ·        point 1
  • ·        point 2
  • ·        point 3
  • ·        point 4

Conclusion: About 60 to 80 words

When it comes to research content for your article, you will be making use of Google search engine a lot.

How do you do this kind of research using Google? By way of illustration, let assume you want to write an article on topic like “What You Should Know about the Pros and Cons of Dieting”

Simply go to Google and type “pros cons dieting” and open 4 or 5 search results on separate tabs for the same keyword. Don’t pay attention to YouTube videos, ignore them.

Now from each page, I may take 1 pro and 1 con. Look for unique points that are interesting. The reason we only take a little from each page is to prevent anyone from accusing us of plagiarism.

Write all your notes down on paper or notepad. I usually use a pen and paper. The notes should be brief and to the point. Do not copy whole phrases and sentences. You’ll need to expand on each point in your own words. So, just get the gist of it.

One of the reasons we use Google search is due to the fact that the top sites in the search results are often authority sites or sites that have many pages on the topic you are writing about. If you’re writing about diabetes or heartburn, you’ll notice many authority health websites such as WebMD, Dr.Oz’s website etc. popping up.

The information on these sites are highly reliable and the quality of information far exceeds any information that can be derived from ezinearticles.

Now that you know how to do the research, you can decide how many points and sub-points you will need to come up with a 500 word article. I cannot give you an exact number because this will come from experience.

For myself, I do not even look at the article structure as main points or sub-points. I used to do it in the beginning but now I just scribble down a bunch of points on paper and expand on these points as I write the article.

With enough practice, you’ll reach this stage too. With 5 to 7 points, you can write an entire 500 word article fast without having to break it down to main point and sub-point format.

In the beginning, however, it’s good to break it down.

When doing research, try and get more points than you’ll need. You do not want a situation where you run out of points and still have 200 words left.

If your article states that you will give 7 tips, research 9. Changing the number on the title is a lot easier than going back and researching another 2 tips because you can’t meet your minimum word count.

Another point to note, if you can’t seem to find much info online for your article, try different keywords with the same meaning and see if any good info pops up. Using the above example, if I typed “advantages disadvantages dieting”, I’d have a whole new bunch of results to get info from.

How Do You Actually Write?

There are no hard and fast rules to writing. There are as many different writing styles as there are writers. However, I’ll try to give a general idea of what your article should look like.

If you’re feeling adventurous and want to try beginning your article with a question or a quote, by all means go ahead. In fact, I encourage you to try new things out.
That’s the only way you will grow and develop your own unique, inimitable style.

Begin With An introduction That Draw Reader’s Attention.

An introduction can be anywhere from 70 to 90 words. So what do you write in an introduction? I always try to write about some unique fact or give a statistic that might either scare or impress. This is to draw the reader’s attention further into the article.

The qualities of a good introduction are:-
  • Contain a few interesting facts about topic
  •  Arouse fear or some emotion in the reader
  • Sets the stage for the rest of the article
  • Tells them what the article is about

Writing The Body Of The Article.

The body of the article is just you expanding on the points you gathered during the research phase. To be honest, you’ll need to use words to fluff up your main point and sub points. All you need to know is this.

Expand on the main points in your own words.

  • Even if the main point is obvious
  • Draw comparisons with other related topics
  • Relate it to common misconceptions

·        If you’re struggling to come up with filler material to expand on your main or sub points… just ask yourself these questions... Who? What? When? Where? Why? How?
·        The above questions will provide you with some filler material… guaranteed!

Writing The Conclusion

Writing the conclusion is probably the easiest part. The conclusion can be one to 3 sentences long. To be honest, by the time I’m reaching the end of the article, I look at the word count in the document.

If my article has about 20 words left to reach 500, I’ll probably have a conclusion that’s about 3 sentences long. There have been cases when my article exceeded the required word count… and I just ended off the article with one sentence.
All you need to do is summarize the article and try and end it with a call to action or an emotional statement.

Most people tend to just scan through an article quickly and read the ending. If your conclusion is good, they may go back up and read the rest. Or, they may click on the link to your affiliate product if that’s the intention of the article.

Whatever the case, if your article title is catchy, if your introduction is interesting and if your conclusion is cool… you’ll definitely have a good article. (Of course, your article body should be free of spelling, grammar and punctuation errors.)

Now that you know how to write an article, you will just have to take action and do it.

3 Secrets That Will Make Your Article Stands Out And Fetch You More Money.

If you are writing for others, your primary goal should be to have more repeat orders and loyal customers, but this won’t just happen of itself. You will have to write articles that impress people.

In other words, the articles must be interesting, informative and remarkable. You’ll write well and better if you write about topics you are passionate about or have knowledge about.

However, when you write for others you might not have much choice about what you write on, you’ll have to write on any topic you are given and you just have to do the best you can with such topics and write in such a way that your writing stands out and make you look like an expert.

How do you do that? Follow these 3 secrets:

Secret #1: Use An Impressive Word

You need to sneak in an impressive word in your article. Here’s a strange thing I’ve noticed. You can use a pompous word every now and then in your articles and get away with it. In fact, I’d recommend using one such word per article. ONLY ONE!

If you use words that are not so common, people will think that the article was written by someone with impressive credentials and concomitantly, you will appear as an authority.
Did you see what I just did? I threw in the word concomitantly.

Now most people reading it may not know what the word means… and most will not bother to look it up. However, in their mind, they’ll think, “Oh wow. I don’t know what that means but this guy must really know his stuff.”

Another thing to note is that you can get away with using pompous words in your writing but probably not in speaking. But be moderate, just don’t overdo and mess things up.

Secret #2: Use Appropriate And Powerful Quotes

Quotes are a very powerful way to make a point… and they also add to your word count.

I’d suggest that you include a quote in your article where appropriate. As expected, try not to use more than one quote per article.

So, how do you find these quotes? Go to Google and search for quotes relevant to the topics you are writing on. If you can’t seem to find the right quotes then by all means go for any relevant modern sayings. But don’t add anything that’s off the point just to increase your words count.

The beauty of it is that quotes and modern (wise) sayings will help you to make your articles more attuned to the niche you’re writing for and create an impression that will last longer in the minds of your reader.

Secret #3: Write With Understanding Of Who The Reader Is

When writing, you’ll have to put yourself in your reader’s shoes. You must understand what type of person will be reading your article.

If you’re writing an article about how someone can get their ex-boyfriend back, you must understand that the lady reading it must be heartbroken, probably in tears, missing her ex terribly and looking for a sliver of hope.

Your article should be empathetic and kind. It must lift her spirits and give her some hope.

Now you have 3 ways to make your article stand out and impress your readers. Apply them and you will find that if you’re offering writing services, your online writing job orders will skyrocket.
